Brock House

A single-storey rear, double-storey side extension and loft conversion were designed for this semi-detached house. The design also included internal alterations to suit the proposed extensions to provide an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The utility room and secondary spaces were arranged deeper in the plan where access to natural daylight was not required. The loft conversion provided an additional bedroom with en-suite which is accessed via a new staircase that was flooded with light from the rooflight above.
