A single-storey rear extension was designed to provide an enlarged open plan kitchen and dining area for this family home in Surbiton. The modestly sized extension more than doubled the size of the existing kitchen which the family can use to socialise in and connect to the garden. The bi-fold window allows the kitchen to extend out onto the patio and provide great views of the garden.
