A single storey rear extension provides the house with a large open plan kitchen and living space with views out to the garden. The construction of our extension and refurbishment project is progressing well on site in Surrey. The main living space at the rear has been built out with the window and door openings formed. The loft extension has been framed out on the main roof. We looking forward to seeing this project come to life in the coming months and will be posting further progress pictures as the spaces develop.

Sketching out some ideas this week for a single storey side and front extension project. Externally, the proposal is to render the existing house with complimentary timber cladding for the extensions. Internally, the idea is to vault the ceiling to express the roof form in the main living area which will offer a great sense of space and will bring in lots of natural light. The sketch ideas will be refined over the next few weeks before presenting to our clients.

Delighted to receive planning permission for this extension project where the kitchen and dining spaces were doubled in size to create an open plan arrangement that better connects to the garden. Rooflights and large windows flood the spaces with natural daylight.
We strategically ran the technical stage alongside planning to save the client time which has allowed the project to commence on site at the end of this month.

We've been working on a residential extension project in Surrey where the client briefed us to modernise their home throughout and provide an open plan kitchen, dining and living space where they could comfortably socialise with friends and family. The proposed scheme has recently been submitted for planning and we will be undertaking the detailed design stage shortly.
